Welcome to our deeply immersive sanctuary for the soul, a three hour workshop mindfully designed to drop you into a guided state of calm and relaxation.
Our certified practitioners Rio & Lucy, will carefully infuse the transformative power of conscious connected breath, with the healing energy of Reiki & Sound. Taking you through an intentional journey of meditation, breathwork, journalling, and sound.
ABOUT THE SESSION:
We will start with a welcome and grounding meditation with Lucy, before flowing into a Shamanic breathwork & sound journey curated by Rio, where we will be breathing with a carefully put together live music soundscape that is aimed to place you in an non-ordinary state of consciousness. To end the soundscape we will return to a reiki infused crystal sound healing with Lucy, where the frequency of the bowls will carry you into…
