FAQs
Do I need to understand Astrology/ Human Design to take part?
No. I will guide you through everything you need to know - all I ask is for an open mind and a keen spirit to learn. This programme is designed to dissect both systems and fuse them together in bitesize pieces. You will look at certain factors of your chart on each call - and I will support your own self-discovery as we go.
What happens if I can’t attend live?
For the full experience I deeply encourage you to treat this container as a commitment to show up for yourself. Creating that discipline to attend every session LIVE, creates a heightened energy both for yourself and the entire group, and I actively want to encourage this. It also means that I can offer the best support to you each week. Of course some things are out of our control, and in unavoidable circumstances the live sessions will always be available to catch-up via a replay. We enter with the intention to schedule all calls and honour being there for the 12 sessions, whilst acknowledging there will be the support if you can't attend. The support sessions will be an additional chance to get live feedback from me.
How much time will I need to set aside to complete the self-work between calls?
The more you can put in, the more you will get out. This programme is designed to be playful and self-led. You will be encouraged to study certain parts of your charts each week, but this will be flexible and self directed. The course is designed to support all styles and ways of learning, and you are encouraged to find what works for you.
Each week will vary, but if you can carve out a couple of hours per week to work on the self-work activities, you will see big results, any more will just add to your quality of work!! The material will continue to support you beyond the container.

How many people can I expect to be in the group?
This is designed to be an intimate container so that I can offer individual support, and the whole group has the opportunity to share in the sessions. I am focused on connecting the right people so rest assured that it will always be quality over quantity.
